10 Signs You Went To Franklin High School

Yes, this has a targeted audience, but if you didn't have the honor of attending Franklin High, please read and get to know us a little bit. Out of respect for our rival high schools, I'll refrain from putting us at a higher ranking, but we were low-key the best.

1. This hallway during lunch.

2. Finally graduating from "Freshman Academy" and laughing at the new freshman stuck in the fishbowl for their lunch.

3. Sort of seeing the Franklin-In-Five people as the school's celebrities.

4. "MM-MM. MM-MM...."

5. Wishing homecoming week lasted FOREVER.

6. If you played sports it was your entire life and loved our school because everyone supported everyone. (Shout out to my girls)

7. Zaxby's was the go-to before the football games.

8. Being stunned by the drum line skills.

9. Being shamed to stand here during the football games until you were worthy to stand in the bleachers.

10. My personal favorite memory--these.

I miss you, Franklin High School. I had some great memories, and you gave me some great friends. I wish I could go back in time and wear my maroon and white, cheering on my Rebs in the stands. But alas, I cannot, and a little part of me shall always be heartbroken, but the memories are still bittersweet.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
