Netflix is the best. There are just so many shows and movies to watch, it seems as though the list will never end. Here are a few to start with before watching the rest that Netflix has to offer.

1. "Friends."

According to Netflix: This hit sitcom follows the merry misadventures of six 20-something pals as they navigate the pitfalls of work, life and love in 1990s Manhattan.

According to me: Anyone who hasn't seen at least one episode of this series, where have you been? I am currently going through phases of binge watching this with my roommate.

2. "Grey's Anatomy"

According to Netflix: Intern (and eventual resident) Meredith Grey who finds herself caught up in personal and professional passions with fellow doctors at a Seattle hospital.

According to me: This show will forever and always be my weakness. I binge-watched 10 seasons of the show in less than a semester.

3. "Making A Murderer"

According to Netflix: He served 18 years for a crime he didn't commit. Now he's on the line again, and some want to see him put away for good.According to me: After hearing so many people talk about this Netflix original series, I decided to give it a try. You won't be able to stop watching (unless you Google the ending).

4. "New Girl"

According to Netflix: Is she just a dork or plain nuts? Who cares! For three single guys, their new roommate is adorable AND eccentric.According to me: All I can say is this is one of the few shows that I laugh out loud watching.

5. "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit"

According to Netflix: This edgy police procedural follows members of the Special Victims Unit as they investigate sexual offenses such as rape, incest, and pedophilia.According to me: Although a little hard to watch at times, this series has years and years of cases to watch (in bed with snacks because who needs Netflix and Chill).

6. "House Hunters"

According to Netflix: Prospective buyers and their realtors deal with both the practical and the emotional repercussions of finding and purchasing their dream home.According to me: I am almost ashamed to say I watch this show but don't judge until you watch it. It will consume you.

7. "The Flash"

According to Netflix: A forensics expert who wakes from comas with amazing new powers squares off against forces threatening the city in this live-action superhero romp.According to me: A classic comic book story retold with the dreamy Grant Gustin from "Glee." What more could you ask for?

8. "The Office"

According to Netflix: This hit comedy chronicles the foibles of disgruntled office workers -- led by deluded boss Michael Scott -- at the Dunder Mifflin paper company.According to me: There are so many inside jokes with fans of The Office, why not join in on the fun? Make a date with your bed and some snacks.

9. "American Horror Story"

According to Netflix: This twisted Emmy-winning drama plays upon the power of supernatural fears and everyday horrors, exploring humankind's unsettling capacity for evil.According to me: Although I could only get through a few episodes, there's a reason this show is so popular. If you're a fan of thrillers and scary stuff, this is for you.
