It's hard going to the gym everyday, but 30 minutes of cardio a day is something you definitely can do.

Not spending money is hard, but saving for that something special you want feels so great!
4. Find Love
It may be your lucky year! There's someone out there who loves you.
5. Drink Less
Resisting alcohol is hard, especially if you have a family history of alcoholism, but don't force yourself to drink over your limit because your friends are.
6. Take Up a New Hobby
You'll never know unless you try it.

Go somewhere new!

There are tons of food out there that you can eat and enjoy. (If you're looking for a new plan, I recommend medifast! It's helped me so much!)
