A girl's dad is the first man she ever falls in love with, and that's a good thing because no one could ever live up to the best dad in the world. Being a daddy's girl is more than just getting everything you want, it's about having someone to teach you all of those life lessons. You become a better person, because he makes you a better person. He's the best cheerleader there is, and the person you turn to when you need help. Being a daddy's girl means always having someone to pick you up when you need it the most, because your dad loves you more than you could ever know, as do you.
1. Your dad is your best friend.
He knows you better than you know yourself. He knows just what to do to cheer you up. He remembers your favorite food/ice cream. No one even comes close.
2. No boy is ever good enough.
Bringing home boys is not an easy task. Your mom interrogates him, while your dad just sits there staring at the TV. Nothing, no opinion ever, about any boy.
3. He pays for everything.
And he never complains, because it always makes you happy.
4. He's your go-to.
For absolutely everything. Broke-up with that guy that's not good enough for you, ice cream date! The bonus is you don't have to get in your feelings.
5. He'll tell you you're his favorite.
And he wont be lying. The best is when you get him to say it in front of the entire family.
6. Cars.
You know where the oil is, how to jump start a car, and other tricks to make sure you're never stranded. If something goes wrong dad can typically fix it so no need for the expensive shop, just park it in the garage.
7. You can do no wrong.
Even when you really mess up, daddy's there to fix everything, or at least tell you how to.
8. He's your biggest fan.
My dad didn't miss a single soccer, softball, or basketball game. He was there for everything, no matter what. The best part was the ice cream after, win or lose.
9. He gives the best advice.
The best piece of advice my dad ever gave me was to, "experience life." So, anytime I do something stupid I just say I was experiencing life and I'm off the hook.
10. You'll always be treated like a princess.
Even if you get married, because that husband still isn't good enough for you. No one knows how to make you feel special like your daddy does.
