The stress and chaos from Christmas is finally over. You've seen all your family, eaten your weight in food and now you have nothing to do. Boredom sets in, and you're beyond ready to go back to school.

1. You've had enough of your siblings/family members

I love you, but leave me alone...

2. Your family pet is so over your forced love it won't come out of its hiding spot behind the couch

The sight of your face makes them run behind the couch, they can't take anymore of your love.

3. Your mom keeps yelling at you for sleeping too much

sleeping is what I do best, sorry not sorry

4. You're bored with the 'good ole times' stuff you used to do with your friends back in high school

Riding around and going to the same hangouts was fun at the beginning but then you start to realize how much you miss the fun you have at college.

5. You miss your bed a school

While its nice to have a bed at home, your bed at school just feels so comfortable, so broken in.

6. You miss your friends from school

You miss living right across campus from your friends and being able to hangout with them at anytime of the day/night.

7. You actually miss your alarm waking you up for class

You're so bored that you wouldn't mind going back to class just to give you something to do.

8. You miss being able to be a slob without your mom nagging at you

Yes I realize that plate has been in my room for a few days...

9. You're so over family members asking you how school is or if you have a significant other yet

10. You are literally so bored out of your mind you've been staring at your old bedroom ceiling for the past five hours.

There's nothing left to do, your holiday fun is over.

Going home for the holidays is fun for a little while. The excitement of seeing friends and family, the holiday cheer, but if you're doing it right you'll start to miss you're awesome school asap.

5 Things To Do That Are Better Than Writing A Paper

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?

I can barely remember back when I was the only child. Most would say it’s because it is extremely difficult to remember things as a toddler but I would say it's because I was bored until my sister came along. My mother always says how important the "sister bond" is and with every year that passes I realize how right she is. Instead of writing a novel about all of the wonderful things there are about having a sister I decided to list a few of them instead.

It is the time of our lives that we are beginning to enter the adult world and most of us, if not all of us, have no idea what we are doing. It's like starting a video game, but skipping the tutorial. We're all just running around aimlessly hoping we accidentally do something right that moves us along the right path. Now that graduation has just happened, or is right around the corner for some of us, it's time to start thinking about how we are going to take care of ourselves once we are on our own.

If you’re anything like me, you love a good cup of coffee. My coffee always comes from Starbucks; I refuse to drink it from anywhere else. Over the years, it’s become one of my biggest addictions. So, if you are aware that you’re a Starbucks addict as well, or maybe you need to check to see if you’re an addict, here are seven ways to tell.

College involves a whirlwind of emotions, whether it’s from the stress of an assignment (or twenty), or from fighting with your roommate. It can be overwhelming at times and it’s important to take a step a back and calmly think things over. Maybe gain some perspective.
