The moment I met my current best friends from college, I instantly knew we were going to become best friends forever. I know how cliche that all sounds but it is 100% true. I can not imagine how my life would be without them and I don't even want to think about how it would be without them. They are all such genuine, hilarious, unique, and beautiful individuals. There are so many laughs and so many cries (mainly because of the laughter) and I would not trade that in for anything in the entire world. Here are a couple reasons why your friends from college are seriously the best.

1. They are always down to get ice cream.

Lets be real... ice cream is always a great time but having ice cream with your best friends is definitely better!

2. They are always down to cry with you.

Everyone has one of those days where crying sounds like the best thing to do. Your best friends always come in your dorm and have the best cry session with you because they need to cry too.

3. Sleepovers every night.

I am lucky enough to room with my best friend and the other two live right above us so if we want to have a sleepover any night then it's perfectly fine.

4. They always know the latest gossip.

Going to a small college has its perks and gossip is one of them. If something happens around campus and one of us knows about it then it is put in the group chat and we all know about it.

5. Their families are now your families from all over.

Having best friends from Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio now mean that I have families from all of those places.

6. They are always right there for advice on anything and everything.

Literally right there because they live next to and above you. It is so easy to ask for advice on anything and knowing that they are always there and so close to you is always a plus and very beneficial.

7. Insides jokes.

All of the jokes from college make absolutely no sense when you go back home. Living with your best friends for 9 months at a time, you really bond and find silly things to laugh about and no one else will understand but you.

8. The Taco Bell runs.

This is self explanatory (-:

9. There are no boundaries with your friendship.

The best and the worst times have all been experienced together and it will never be held against us.

10. And because over the years, they became your own little family.

And for that, I am forever grateful.
