For many years now, we have all heard of crazy things about diets, like “Drink a lot of water” and the worst: “French fries are bad for you.”

I’m here to tell you that these soothsayers are wrong. In fact, there’s no reason why you should not be eating french fries every day for an entire year.

Here are 10 reasons why you should be eating french fries in your everyday meal.

1. Clears Skin.

Believe it or not, what’s better for your skin than crunchy, crispy, oily food? Your acne will go back-ne into your face once you start shoveling in the fries, Trust me, it’s science!!

2. Lose A TON Of Weight.

Just in case if you didn’t know, eating any one food for a full year is a foolproof way to lose weight. You will get multiple nutrients and your body will supply you with all the nutrients you need, so nothing to worry about here!!

3. Same Food.

Fries are fat, salty and absolutely delicious. Every bit is heaven, and there is no regrets no matter how many you eat, even when you are sick. This is the food you want to bring when you are on an deserted island.

4. Healthy Vegan Lifestyle.

Anyone on a different diet will hate you. You’ve made a vegan lifestyle that will make the other diets jealous of you. Your vegan lifestyle is so easy, it scares them. Whatever, more for you.

5. All The Restaurants In The World.

From a fancy French restaurant to a midnight McDonald’s, every single restaurant will always have fries on the menu. And if they don’t, they must have potatoes. Also, if there are potatoes then there must be future french fries!

6. Fat is Good For You.

Believe it or not, eating fat makes you stay skinny. That’s a thing. I bet you’ll find yourself losing weight every week on this particular diet.

7. Healthy Fresh Potatoes.

Potatoes are basically vegetables. Hello... Any food that comes from the ground has to be good for you. And excess carbs are always good for you!

8. Convenient Food.

Fast food is always available no matter where you live. Fast food is made of all natural ingredients, and it’s cheap and easy.

9. Low-Calorie Snack.

A large serving of french fries around 480 calories. Now let’s say you ate fries for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That’s only 1,347 calories (math!) and the average daily caloric intake is actually higher than that.

10. Fry Varieties.

Cheesy fries? Curly fries? Sweet potato fries? Check Avocado fries? Check. Any kind of fries you want, you’ll find it because there’s always something new to munch on! And of course, nothing beats the classics.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."
