10 Reasons To Watch "The Bachelorette"

Every Monday night, millions of people across the country tune in to ABC to watch one of the most popular TV shows: "The Bachelorette." 25 eligible bachelors try to win over the heart of one young woman, who is looking for love and ready to settle down. This season, our bachelorette is Jojo Fletcher, and we can't get enough of her. Which brings us to Reason #1:

1. JoJo Fletcher

With JoJo's stunning good looks, vibrant personality, and good heart, she is the epitome of America's sweetheart. She is genuine, sweet, and we are all rooting for her.

2. JoJo's Outfits

Does JoJo have a professional stylist? Because I am blown away by her glamorous outfits. I can't decide what's more beautiful: JoJo or her clothes.

3. The Boys

JoJo has a good-lookin' group of men this season. Who wouldn't want to be surrounded by 25 guys waiting to propose to you? Between the high fade haircuts, muscles, and a little manly competition, you can't help but fall in love with them.

4. The Connections

Some people believe in love at first sight, and from the beginning, JoJo has had a strong connection with a few of the guys. It's amazing to watch their relationships develop throughout the season.

5. The Drama

Admit it -- you live for the drama. This season, Chad was our drama queen, and between off-handed comments like this to JoJo, and threatening to beat Jordan up at his house, he was the common enemy. Luckily, JoJo was able to see through him and sent him home.

6. The Dates

Whether they're group dates or one-on-ones, the dates that JoJo goes on with these guys are rendezvous that we can only dream of. I mean, swing dancing and a hot tub in the middle of the woods? That's just not fair.

7. The Scenery

Located in California, the "Bachelorette" pad is the beautiful mansion where the contestants stay, of course until they find somewhere else even bigger and more beautiful. From the woodsy resort in Pennsylvania to South America, the views are always gorgeous.

8. The Rose Ceremonies

Always the most intense part of any episode, the rose ceremonies decide who goes home and who gets to continue on their journey with JoJo. Who will get the final rose of the night.

9. The Proposal

It's the day we've all been waiting for. The love of JoJo's life will get down on one knee -- unlike Ben -- and recite his proposal he's been working on since the moment they've met. It's a truly magical moment.

10. The Happy Couple's Outing

Once we find out who the lucky man is, the couple goes public for the first time after staying a secret for months. Congratulations! 💍

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.
