7 Reasons To Rent From Pierce Arrow Properties

My story with Pierce Arrow began with chaotic apartment hunting near the end of my freshman year at VCU. After months of searching and the numerous frustrations that go with it, I found the place that I wanted to call home. Having lived in one of their properties for almost a year and now working in the leasing office, I can honestly say Pierce Arrow is a company you will not regret renting with. Here are 7 reasons why I chose Pierce Arrow Properties.

1. The Cost

Like most other college students, I was certainly searching on a budget and paying my own rent meant I had to work a lot harder to find a decent apartment at a bearable cost. With Pierce Arrow, you definitely get the best deal out there for some of the largest apartments you are going to find in the city.

2. The Options

Not only are their options for those trying to apartment hunt on a budget, but we definitely have a perfect unit for everybody. Whether you want a decent apartment at a good price or a completely renovated and modern place, we have something for everybody.

3. The Location

One of the most important things to pay attention to when renting an apartment is location, location, location! Whether you want to be right in the middle of downtown Richmond or just steps away from Carytown, we can put you in a home that is right where you want it.

4. The Leasing Agents

Even though there are only a handful of leasing agents working in the office, you will get the best customer service you can find in a property management company. From booking appointments, to calling for help with applications, you won’t find a leasing company that has better communication skills than Pierce Arrow.

5. The Maintenance Guys

No matter where you go, you are always going to need somebody to have your back if you face a problem. Whether it’s to let you in an apartment if you get locked out, repair a light, or take care of a leak, the maintenance team will always address problems both big and small quicker than you could have even hoped.

6. The Leasing Office

From dog treats for your furry friends to fresh cookies for residents, the leasing office always has something to get you to stop by!

7. All of our buildings are a great place to live.

Whether it’s because of the view from your private balcony on the Boulevard or the massive kitchen you fell in love with on your first tour, you will have so many reasons to enjoy where you live. No matter where you choose, you are going to have great neighbors, a helpful group of employees to make sure you are happy, and most importantly, you are going to love your new home.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
