With the movie coming up this Friday, it seems like every comic book nerd on the planet is prepping for "Deadpool." Whether you're a Marvel fan or a comic book newb, here are a few fun facts about the merc with a mouth!

1. He's a DC ripoff

He's a blatant ripoff of Deathstroke, a.k.a. Slade Wilson. So much so, the writers didn't even bother to hide it and named him Wade Wilson.

2. He knows he's a comic book character

This makes everyone else think he's crazy.

4. He wears the mask for a reason

Deadpool has his powers because he went through a process similar to what gave Wolverine his powers. For some reason, it left him looking like this ...

5. He was in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," but we don't talk about that ...

Ever.

6. He hates Jar Jar Binks, too

He's literally the worst sci-fi character ever.

7. Some people ship him and Spiderman

He means you, Tumblr.

8. Heck, he might, too

He really wants to be besties.

9. He's killed your favorite Marvel superhero

I don't care who your favorite hero is, he probably killed them.

10. Seriously, this guy is hard to beat.

I mean ...

Really ...

The first two weeks of classes have come to an end and they have been anything BUT easy. It seems like life has been serving up more bad than good and in all honesty, the only thing you want to do is crawl under your covers and hide from the rest of the world.

Although this seems like the best solution, it is also the easy way out. Take it from the girl who took basically a whole week off from her life because she just could not handle everything that was being thrown at her. This caused her to feel extremely lonely and even more stressed out for being behind in classes that JUST began.

Take Chances

When you get the chance, play.

Listen to your parents

God First

Family second

Everything else comes after

The opposite sex doesn't matter

Life moves fast

Put money into your savings account

Study hard

Just remember your life isn't made up of numbers

Learn how to shake hands

Things will fall apart

But almost every time it's better in the long run

Choose kind over cool

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

Have a hobby outside of your phone

Take care of your skin

Always put your name on the cover of your books

Take care of your teeth

I'm always here

You can never go back in time, so live in the now.

Appreciate what you have right now, don’t wish it away.

Look around you and take in what you see

Don’t slack off on college research

If you like a college, visit it, then visit again, maybe even stay overnight.

Don’t care about what anyone thinks

Graduation day will go by FAST, take every moment in.

While looking at colleges, make sure to take into consideration where they are located.

How popular you are right now literally doesn’t matter at all.

Don’t stress over your SAT scores

Don’t complain about a five-page paper, college will be much worse- get used to it

Enjoy all of the free time you have

Don’t stress the small stuff

Don’t worry about what colleges others are getting into

Go to prom

There will be a time when you miss high school
