This is Rico, he is a 22-year-old who works as a Chipotle manager. He enjoys R&B, spending time with his old college roommates, and his guilty pleasure is watching Gilmore Girls. Rico does yoga before going on a date, he finds it helpful.

2. Shannon

This is Shannon, she is a 19-year-old college student. She enjoys her sorority, school football games, and playing tennis. Shannon does yoga every morning when she wakes up.

3. Jackson

This is Jackson, he is a 32-year-old stay-at-home dad. He enjoys grilling and bike riding. Jackson does yoga daily with the other dads in his day care group.

This is Margot, she is a 54-year-old algebra teacher and life coach. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, sampling new flavors of tea, and pressuring her son, Jason, to find a nice lady to marry. Margot practices yoga daily and encourages her son to do the same.

10. Snowball

This is Snowball, she is a 21-year-old who just opened her very own yoga studio. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the beach and going out on her boat. Snowball is rarely not doing yoga. She believes it is a way of life.
