It's officially 2017, which means it's the time for the classic new year new me but why do you have to change yourself or set goals that will be forgotten by February. Also to keep this resolution -- write it down, make it your background and make it so you will remember all year.
1. Don't eat so much fast food
Cut down the Taco Bell to once or twice a week.
2. Read more books than usual
If you read a book a year, read 2. If you read none read one.
3. Watch less Netflix/TV
Or maybe stop the binge watching
4. Go for more walks
It is a chance to be healthier so why not start with the simplest exercise.
5. Make new friends
Branch out and meet new people to help you continue your 2017 goals.
6. Do something adventurous
Step outside your comfort zone and do something memorable to look back on at the end of 2017.
7. Check at least one thing off your bucket list
If you don't have one, make one, and every year check one or two things off.
8. Make healthier choices
Less Taco Bell, more eating in. Less Netflix more exercise.
9. Try new things
Try a new food, a new show, some new music, branch out.
10. Love yourself more
The most important one is to remember to love yourself and take care of yourself this year.
