As rising college seniors approach their last undergraduate year, there are a lot of things to look back on and smile. But a lot of other things to think about. Maybe even panic because you have three dollars in your account and you need to pay for gas money, food, bills, and clothes. And pretty much have your life together by 5:45 on Thursday. It's fine.

1. Thinking about how fun senior year will be.

So many parties, tailgates, games, concerts, seniors-only events. Who wouldn't be excited? One of the best years of your life is just around the corner and you're so pumped for it to begin.

2. Then realizing three years has already passed.

Wait a minute, when the hell did this happen? Wasn't I just at freshman orientation? Wait, I feel like this was just one long ass semester, with some long breaks here and there. This can't be the end?!

3. And you only have one year left- with so much to do.

There's just too much. I can't handle this.

4. In one year, you'll be an adult, which means adult responsibilities.

Which disgusts you because in your head you're still just a kid who still panics at the grocery store when your mom leaves you at the cash register to go pick up something else, but they start scanning your items before she's back and you don't know how to handle that situation because money.

5. Like getting a real job, instead of working as a lifeguard again.

"My skills? Well I've watched people swim in a pool and monitored their activities, applied first aid, and yelled at annoying kids and dealt with their bossy and obnoxious parents. So, do I get the job?"

6. Paying for everything yourself.

How do you people even save your money? My paychecks are spent on snacks, music, and more snacks. I really am poor.

7. Paying off student loans when you have two cents to your name.

8. Realizing you have don't have a good plan for what you're gonna do after school.

random person: "So what are you going to do after you graduate?"

me: "I have no idea.Really, no clue. I don't know how to function in the real world. Help me."

9. On top of all of this, you have to say goodbye to some of your best friends- at least for a little while.

Say goodbye to binge watching your favorite tv shows, getting ready to go out, partying, and living with some of the bet people that have accepted you for your digesting habits. Seriously, what if no one understands my obsession for one direction as a 21 year old after I leave school? I don't know how I'll handle that without my friends.

10. Which means you need to jam pack every day with fun activities over the next year.

Everything. All of it. Anything you can think of. All at once.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
