10 Playlists You Need In Your Life
Snd Control

Music has become such a crucial part of everyone's lives that we seldom find ourselves in situations that don't have the perfect song to describe what is happening or how we feel at that moment. If you're looking to spruce up your Spotify playlists, don't you worry, I got you! These can give you a nice jump start to rocking the aux cord when you're with friends or they can help you chill after a long day! Check them out!

Note: In an attempt to make this article as interactive as possible, I have included the Spotify playlists directly so you can go click on them and follow! I I made the playlists collaborative, so hopefully everyone can add a little bit of their own flair to the list, or use other's ideas to make their own playlists! If that doesn't work, I'll look at the comments on the article and add the suggestions people make! Have fun!

1) Working Out

Do you want to work hard and get those big bad muscles you have always dreamed of? Or maybe you're aiming for a lean instagram model body. Well, I can't promise you any of that, but I can give you some music to rock out to while you're getting that bod you've wanted or while enhancing the beautiful body you have. You'll be winning at life with these bad boys!

"Speakerbox" by Clean Bandit (feat. Lafa Taylor)

"Kyoto" by Skrillex

"Stronger" by Kanye West

" Tokyo" by Jinco

"Lose Yourself" by Eminem

"All I Do is Win" by DJ Khaled (feat Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, T-Pain)

"212" by Azealia Banks

https://open.spotify.com/user/1248656929/playlist/...

2) Road Trip

Road Trips can definitely be rough when you don't have the right music to go with them -- But with this mixture of new songs and throwback songs, you're sure to become the ruler of the aux cord! They won't want you to quit! I can't promise that all these songs will be likes by everyone, but hey! At least we tried!

"Believer" by Imagine Dragons

"Talk About Me" by Justin Caruso (feat. Victoria Zaro)

"A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton

"Stacy's Mom" by Fountains of Wayne

"Milkshake" by Kellis

"Glamorous" by Fergie (feat. Ludacris)

"All Star" by Smashmouth

"Party in the USA" by Miley Cyrus

"Ridin' Solo" by Jason Derulo

https://open.spotify.com/user/1248656929/playlist/...

3) Break Ups

There's no doubt about it... Break ups suck!! But that's no reason to sit at home for weeks at a time constantly eating ice cream (although I'm convinced that is some good therapy). I find it useful to listen to a mixture of songs that will not only make you feel like a boss, but also make you cry a bit (because we all need it). Find balance!

"Bye Bye Bye" by NSync

"Survivor" by Destiny's Child

"Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down

"Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson

"Gives You Hell" by All American Rejects

"Same Old Love" by Selena Gomez

"Breakeven" by The Script

Or literally any Taylor Swift song or Adele song ever...

https://open.spotify.com/user/1248656929/playlist/...

4) Study Vibes

Studies show that listening to music that has little lyric and lots of repetition in beat are good to play while you are studying. A couple of these are just that! There are a couple that are in here just to make you feel better about yourself once you have turned in that final essay 2 minutes before the due time as well, because those always bring the night together!

"Ocean Eyes" by Billie Eilish

"Moon Tattoo" by Sofi Tukker

"Landed on Mars" by Atlas Bound

"Four Seasons" by Vivaldi

"Cirrus" by Bonobo

"Like Knives" by City and Colour

"Good Life" by One Republic

"Canon in D" by Johann Pachelbel

https://open.spotify.com/user/1248656929/playlist/...

5) Cleaning

No one really enjoys cleaning all that much unless we get into a certain cleaning mood... So I've prepared a small playlist to get you in the mood to clean! I think that good beats are a necessity and songs that are similar to road trip songs are definitely needed.

6) Showering

I don't know if this is just me, but I LOVE when I can sing to the songs that I listen to in the shower. Maybe grab a bottle of shampoo as a microphone or make a soap mohawk out of my shampoo in the process. Either way, these will definitely get you jamming!

7) Cooking

If you can't mix the food to the beat that is playing, then are you really cooking to the right music? Here's a handful of songs that I really enjoy listening to while I cook. I don't know if it's because they have to do with 'food' (the sexy kind) for the most part, or if it's just that I know the words and like the beat... Regardless, have fun!

"Livin' La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin

"Scared to be Lonely" by Martin Garrix and Dua Lipa

Last but not least, those songs perfect for a wild weekend! Throwbacks (mostly) and songs that probably everyone knows the words to, even when they are a couple drinks in! Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

Sister | Brother Style - Word Press

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?
