These are the 10 best places to visit in Washington DC, in no particular order.

1. The Museum of Natural History

They have the Hope Diamond and mummies, which definitely puts it on the list of awesome places.


2. The National Museum of American History

They have the Ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz and dresses from the first ladies.


3. The National Museum of African American History and Culture

They have a lot of really cool artifacts.


4. The National Archives

They have the a 1297 Magna Carta.... not to mention The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The Bill of RIghts.


5. Ford's Theatre

Lincoln was shot here which makes this space kinda crazy to be in


6. The Kennedy Center

A lot of amazing concerts happen here.


7.The White House

Its where the president lives, so its cool to see it in person


8. The Capitol

This is such a beautiful space, you really need to see it.


9. The Jefferson Memorial

One of the lesser known memorials and its so beautiful at night

10. Embassy Row



Where else can you see many different countries in such a small area? Also, there are events that go on every once and awhile at the embassies so check those out too!
