Languages have always been rather intriguing for myself. Polyglotism, the ability to master multiple languages, is fascinating. In an effort to not only enhance my comprehension of foreign languages and yours, I wanted to highlight a few new terms that caught my eye.
Recently, I took a handful of classes for Italian and studied abroad in Florence. What better language to start out with than the one I have most recently studied. Here are 10 new Italian words for you to learn.

to cut the head off (term for foliage).
2. Spavonggiearsi:
to peacock oneself.
3. Rocambolesco:
adventurous, nail-biting.
4. Amoruccio:
beau, my love.
5. Dietrologia:
the belief in hidden, underlying realities.
6. Precipitevolissimevolemente:
as fast as you can.
7. Chiacchierone/a:
a chatterbox.
8. Pantofolaio:
a couch potato.
9. Trasecolare:
to be gobsmacked.
10. Gattare:
an elderly cat lady.
