What's better on a cold winter night than a warm bed and some killer Netflix shows to watch? Whether it's comedies or dramas that you love this list is full of suggestions for those nights or days when Netflix is calling your name.


1. New Girl

I absolutely love New Girl! I started it for the first time a few weeks ago and I'm already almost finished! I definitely recommend binge watching this show this winter break and all the time!


2. Grey's Anatomy

Anytime is a great time to watch Grey's Anatomy! It's an amazing show that is full of ups and downs and cute love stories. I recommend watching this on a day when you are doing nothing because it will consume your entire day!

3. Fuller House

If you love Full House then I'm sure you'll love this show! It is full of all your favorite people from Full House and follows the life of DJ Tanner! It is a must watch this winter break, especially because season 2 just come out!

4. Shameless

I personally have only seen 1 season of this show, but I loved it! I started watching it after I heard everyone talking about how great it was and they were right! You should definitely watch this when you have nothing to do!

5. Crazyhead

I had never heard of this show until I came across it on Netflix! It had 5 stars and I decided it had to be a must watch!

6. Gilmore Girls

I had never been into this show that much, but once I heard all the hype about the new season coming out I thought maybe I should watch it! I'm happy I did and I'm sure you will be happy too when you start!

7. Sons of Anarchy

I love this show so much! Its amazing and a great watch! If you love good looking men riding motorcycles then I think you will really love binge watching this show!

8. Bob's Burgers

I enjoy this show a lot! It is funny and a bit odd but it is a great show! Once I heard all the hype about this show I jumped on the wagon and started watching it. I definitely recommend this show no matter how you are feeling at the time.

9. Parks and Recreation

This show is full of laughter. No matter when you watch it will be sure to make you laugh and have a good time. If you love Amy Poehler then you will definitely love this show! ]

10. White Collar

If you love a show that includes comedy, drama and crime all in one. Then you will love this show! Also, if you love Matt Bomer as much as I do then you need to watch this immediately


All of these shows are great to binge watch! Just make sure you do it on a day when you have absolutely nothing to do. They will consume and become your life and you will never ever escape from their grasp! I hope everyone had a Happy Holidays and I hope you New Year's is amazing!

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."
