These TV shows and movies are guaranteed to not be a waste of your time. All are definitely worth binge watching!

1. Friday Night Lights

Get caught up in all the action/drama both on and off the field in the small town of Dillion, Texas. This series shows the pride and stress that a small town faces every Friday night when their Dillion Panthers take the field.

2. Generation Iron

This show is guaranteed to get you into the weight room to pump some iron. The documentary gives a behind the scene look at what it takes to become one of the top bodybuilders in the world and be called Mr. Olympia.

3. Blue Mountain State

"Give me a Hell, give me a yeah!" That'll be stuck in your head after watching this show. The episodes follow the story of college football players who play for the powerhouse Blue Mountain State. They try and figure out how to juggle classes, football, girls and the nonstop hazing.

4. Undefeated

Winner of an Academy Award for best documentary in 2012, looks at the challenges faced by underprivileged students from inner-city Memphis, Tennessee and how they can succeed both on and off the field.

5. 1000 to 1

Based on the story of Cory Weissman who was going to be a potential star in college basketball until one day he suffers a stroke on the court that changes his life forever. The movie looks at how he must find a new meaning to life both on and off the court.

6. Last Chance U

Season 2 came out on Friday! This series follows the football program of East Mississippi Community College. Which takes in players who have NFL potential but who struggle both on and off the field in their own unique ways.

7. Friday Night Tykes

They take their football seriously down in Texas. This TV series follows peewee football in the great state of Texas. Watch and see how hard they push these 9 to 12-year-old kids, it's speechless.

8. My All-American

Based on a true story about Freddie Steinmark. He's an underdog out on the gridiron but works his way to become a star. But, he has to face the toughest challenge of his life in the off season after leading his team to the championship.

9. Waterboy

A hilarious comedy with Adam Sandler that looks at how a waterboy for a college football team turns into the star member of his team by becoming angry.

10. The Mighty Ducks

Follow the story of a ragged youth hockey team who has to be coached by an arrogant lawyer coaching for community service. Watch how they all come together and turn the season around.
