This quaint little coffee shop has locations in Northside, OTR, and another fabulous location in the lobby of the Contemporary Arts Center, downtown. Head over on a Wednesday night for free admission to the exhibits and an amazingly smooth cappuccino.
2. Coffee Emporium
Coffee Emporium has two locations, one in Hyde Park and another downtown. In addition to their signature smoky Italian roast, Coffee Emporium boasts a number of fantastic brewed coffees, as well as a cafe menu, including flavored mocha-lattes and seasonal dessert-drinks.
3. The BonBonerie
Established in 1983, this teapot-adorned bakery serves various delicious bakery items, in addition to a light cafe menu and high tea. Perfect for sunday brunching or an afternoon tea/coffee outing.
4. Cavu Coffee
Cavu's tasteful decor and friendly atmosphere make for an always-enjoyable coffee experience. Special mention for their mocha, which is made with dark chocolate. Decadence actualized.
5. Sitwell's
Sitwell's is eclectic and vibrant, located on Ludlow Avenue, in the heart of Clifton. With a number of vegan/gluten-free food options and an amazing bakery selection, Sitwell's will most definitely satisfy your sweet tooth cravings, caffeine cravings, or really any cravings for that matter.
6. Roh's Street Cafe
Roh's Street Cafe is definitely one of the gems of Clifton. It is a popular University hang, as it is a perfect place to study, read a book, go on a coffee date, etc. Roh's also features local talent, quite frequently, for music nights, spoken word, etc.
7. Bloc Coffee Company
Bloc Coffee Company is a tiny, adorable little cafe in the Price Hill area with a friendly vibe, excellent espresso/brewed coffee, study space, and Jazz Night on Tuesdays. What more could you ask for?
8. True West Coffee
The beautiful star-shaped paper lanterns are True West's statement decor piece, featured on countless Instagrams. This two-story coffeehouse in Hamilton is so serene and cozy, you'll never want to leave.
9. Om Eco Café
This quirky café is located on Ludlow Avenue and is definitely a Clifton favorite. Not only do they have great coffee, but also fabulous breakfast/dessert menus. So you should definitely go hungry. Om also has a giant, awesome, squishy L-shaped couch that is dangerously comfortable if you're actually trying to get work done. But it's perfect for reading a book and enjoying an espresso con panna (basically the drink-version of a tiramisù).
