Have you ever had a day where everything is going wrong? That assignment you thought was due next week is due in class today, you're working a double shift later that night, and you have about negative 2% energy to do anything -- this may be the playlist you need to unwind.

This song came out in 2010 and is part of the album On Melancholy Hill by the Gorilllaz. It reminds me of a lullaby a little bit in a weird dystopian universe. It's reflective of the signature style that the Gorillaz infuse into their image, album cover, and content.

An oldie but a goody from Daft Punk. This song was released in 2009 and has over 24 million views. Personally, I love a music video with a plot line and this music video provides it. The style of this music video is almost like a comic book -- it reminds me of AHa's Take on Me music video from back in the 80's.

This song is written by the Studio Killers in 2011. It's pretty provocative but I love the beat and the animation of the animals. This video is definitely different than the other videos that have been listed so far; the psychedelic music, the animation style, and the depiction of humans, specifically women, in the video.

This song's somewhat trap like but it's definitely a music video that will command your attention, and possibly confuse the hell out of you. This video is one I'd definitely classify as "trippy". It's heavily edited and there isn't much of a plot but who needs those anyways?

This music video makes me think these are outtakes from Fantasia. I love the somewhat poppy sound echoing behind the adventure that unfold throughout the music video.

This is one of my all-time favorite music videos. It first premiered on Adult Swim and took off from there. The animation in this video is varied and aligns so well with the song written by Dan Deacon. This is by far one of the best music videos to listen to when you need to destress.

This video is a twist off of the original video and promo for the song Electric Love. It's fantastic, that is all.

If you enjoy reading or watching shows about a dystopian type of world, this video is going to rock your world.

This is a song you could definitely put on in the background while doing homework. It's a lesser watched video but it's definitely worth adding another view to the overall total on Youtube. I love how they illustrate the characters featured in the music video. I think that the band tried to incorporate cultural aspects into their psychedelic video.

Last but certainly not least, my absolute favorite video of all time. I love Tame Impala and this video combines digital effects and real acting so well. This video is definitely one anyone who has been hung out to dry by someone they had feelings for will relate to. It perfectly describes that contentedness we may feel waiting for the other person to be "ready" even though it's clear the other person's intentions aren't pure.

Happy watching!!

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
