I love movies. I love going to see them, watching them alone on Netflix, talking about them with friends. I love obsessing over new actors, or reading movie trivia on IMDb. I love the feeling you get after seeing a really great movie when you feel like you're trying to return from another world. I just love movies.
So the following list is a weird assortment of some of my all-time favorite movies. Some of them are cheesy and Disney-fied, while others are emotional and heart-wrenching. Others are intellectually challenging or incredibly action-packed. They are movies that could teach you something about the world around you, or they might just teach you something about yourself. Some are brand new, even still in theaters, and others have been around for decades. It's a strange list, but here are 27 movies that I think everyone should watch while they're still young.
1. Dead Poets' Society
2. La La Land
3. Moana
4. Good Will Hunting
5. Zootopia
6. Meet the Robinsons
7. Forrest Gump
