Warm-up
Jumping Lunges: 30 seconds
Jumping Jacks: 30 seconds
High Knees: 30 seconds
Kick Butt: 30 seconds
Break for 15 seconds
Abs, Abs, Abs
Russian Twists: 45 seconds
Plank: 1 minute
Side Plank Hip Lifts: 10 on right side, 10 on left side
Crisscross: 30 seconds
Flutter Kicks: 30 seconds
Break for 15 seconds
Leg Raises: 15 total

S-T-R-E-T-C-H: No matter what type of exercise you are doing, it is so important to always stretch afterward. Take 5-10 minutes to stretch out all those muscles you were using!
