The search for makeup products that are both affordable and reliable is very time consuming and also challenging! So to save you time and money, I have come up with my 10 makeup must haves under $10!

1. Wet n' Wild Photo Focus Eyeshadow Primer ($4.68 - Walmart)

The key to flawless, long lasting eye shadow starts with primer. For a long time, I was faithful to Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion which retails for $20.00. When first introduced to this product I was skeptical, but now I use it every single day! It will make your eyeshadow slip proof and last all day!

2. Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herb, and Rosewater ($7.00 - 4 oz. - Ulta)

I use this for literally everything... after I wash my face, to set my makeup, in my hair, on my skin, and especially whenever my face is feeling dry. It doesn't get any better than this spray. If you only take away one thing from this list, please make it this one. It will leave your face feeling clean, hydrated, and rosy.

3. CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Mascara ($6.99 - Target)

This mascara is a cult favorite. I know a lot of women who have used and loved this mascara! It gives your eyelashes the perfect amount of volume and never leaves them clumpy!

4. NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Powder - Sunny ($3.62 - Target)

This bronzer is perfect for contouring! I have tried the holy grail Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Matte Bronzer ($29.00) and I can honestly tell you this is better because for the price of one Hoola you can buy eight of these.

5. J.Cat Beauty Triple Crown Baked Eyeshadow ($5.99 - Ulta)

I love this eyeshadow for the quality, the pigmentation, and of course the lazy factor — with a single pan you can create an entire eye look. Seriously you have a crease, lid, and brow bone/inner corner color, all in one!

6. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Concealer + Treatment ($6.79 - Target)

Dark circles — they happen to the best of us, and some days (or nights I should say) are better than others. Even though this concealer is marketed for dark circles, it also works great for covering up pimples, blemishes, or correcting any discoloration.

7. Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip ($6.00 - Colourpop.com)

If you've never heard of Colourpop products, I would hit up their website asap, but only after you've finished this article! It is rumored that Colourpop and Kylie Costmetics share the same manufacturer and have a very similar formula. When one Kylie Cosmetics Matte Lipstick retails for ($17.00) and Colourpop's Ultra Matte Lip costs three times less which one do you think I will purchase?

8. NYX Cosmetics Matte Liquid Liner ($6.99 - Ulta)

Everyone has their own preference on which type of eyeliner they prefer to use (pencil, liquid, felt tip, etc...) but if you prefer liquid then this is the eyeliner for you! This eyeliner lasts all day, dries completely matte, and the brush is easy to work with when creating a "wing."

9. Milani Baked Blush ($7.49 - Target)

What makes this one of my must haves is the quality of this blush. It feels very luxurious and the formula is similar to other "high end" blushes. The color 'Luminoso - 05' is very similar to the Nars Blush in color 'Orgasm' which retails for $30.00. The Milani Baked Blushes also come in 8 other gorgeous colors suitable for every skin tone!

10. Aveeno Ultra-Calming Makeup Removing Wipes - 25ct. ($5.99 - Target)

As much as I love applying makeup, I also love taking my makeup off after a long day. These wipes are great for being able remove ALL of your makeup, including the toughest mascara! They also smell amazing. I never thought there was a big difference between makeup wipes but boy was I wrong - since trying these I have never gone back!

I'd love to hear what your 10 makeup must haves under $10 are so don't forget to leave them in the comments below!

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
