I never really understood why "Legally Blonde" was a cult favorite until I sat down and watched it. I thought it would be some silly "rom-com" and it certainly started out that way. But by the end of it, I wanted Elle Woods' confidence and spunk. I didn't expect to learn from her, but I did. Here are some of the lessons I learned:

1. Be set on your goals.

2. Prove the "Nay-Sayers" wrong by doing exactly what they say you can't.

3. True friends will always be there for you.

4. You can never have enough knowledge, no matter how unconnected it may seem.

5. Find a mentor, and listen to them.

6. Don't back down from a challenge.

7. Don't hate people before you get to know them.

8. Know your worth.

9. Once you achieve a goal, set another and go achieve that.

10. You can do it.
