The Gym- You Know My Name by Chris Cornell (Casino Royale)

This fast paced theme by Chris Cornell can make any workout better. It just might transform the treadmill into Montenegro, or inspire you on your journey to have the muscles of Daniel Craig.

Hanging in your room- We Have All The Time In The World by Louis Armstrong (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service)

Louis Armstrong’s raspy voice is just what the doctor ordered when you’re relaxing. His upbeat vocals and soothing trumpet will whisk you away to a beach, where you’ll be drinking a martini, shaken of course.

Studying- Writing’s On The Wall by Sam Smith (Spectre)

Sam Smith’s song will help you crack the case of what SPECTRE is up to, or finish that problem set. His soft vocals partnered with a powerful score are what Q recommends.

At a party- Die Another Day by Madonna (Die Another Day)

You know it’s great when Madonna sings it. But honestly, this songs techno influence combined with a pop like feel will have all your friends feeling like they’re at an ice hotel in the arctic, just like James Bond.

Getting dressed in the morning- On Her Majesty’s Secret Service by John Barry (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service)

Nothing does the trick to hype people up at the beginning of the day quite like a classic instrumental, and that’s why this song should be in your morning playlist. Just make sure not to leave the house without your Walter PPK.

Hanging out with friends- Live And Let Die by Paul McCartney (Live And Let Die)

Everyone knows this song, which is what makes it so great. Whether your friends have seen all 24 films or can’t differentiate Sean Connery from Daniel Craig, they’ll be singing along.

For when life sucks- Skyfall by ADELE (Skyfall)

Everyone, even Bond, needs ADELE. No other song makes me feel better after Silva just attacked my childhood home.

For when you need a last bit of inspiration- The Living Daylights by a-ha (The Living Daylights)

Everyone knows a-ha’s hit song Take on Me, but if that wasn’t good enough for Bond is it really good enough for you?

For that great lip sync snap chat- Goldfinger by Shirley Bassey (Goldfinger)

None of us will be able to sing like Shirley Bassey, but why not at least pretend to. Bassey’s elongated vocals combined with an iconic theme will be sure to make all your friends smile.

And for when you need to channel your inner super spy- James Bond Theme From Dr.No by John Barry Orchestra (Dr.No)

This is it. You’re 007. The greatest spy the world has ever seen. Time to save the day, drink a martini, and ride off into the sunset with a beautiful woman (preferably in that order).

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
