Let's face it: all animals are great. Some, however, have some tech-savvy parents who have enticed a following. Here are ten Instagram famous animals to help you fight the good fight and keep on keeping on, even when the week gets rough.

1. Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund

GO LOOK AT THIS FREAKIN' DOG. HE HAS COSTUMES. COSTUMES!!! Find his Instagram here.

2. Marnie the Dog

Marnie is an adorable, quirky looking Shih Tzu. The 15-year-old little lady was adopted from a shelter when she was 11, and is living out her golden years with people who adore her. Check her out.

3. Norm the Pug

Norm is a pug, which automatically makes him adorable. His awesome owner, Jeremy Veach, takes him on adventures some dogs only dream of. Go follow Jeremy (and Norm)!

4. Mr. Bagel the Chinchilla

If you don't laugh when you look at this little dude and his antics, we can't be friends. This little cutie helps raise awareness to adopt instead of shop, and stay away from furs - Mr. Bagel needs his fur more than you do! Check him out.

5. Pretty John John the Bunny

Look at this bun. Buns are precious, no matter how you look at them. They have precious little feet, and precious little noses, and precious little antics... Go follow the bun.

6. Kingsley and Sailor the King Charles Caviler Spaniels

Listen, I'm biased. I own a caviler. And I can tell you, firsthand, they're the dopiest, mushiest, loviest pups, ever. Go follow these little rays of sunshine and you'll never be sad again. (Meh, maybe, I can't control your life... but they'll help).

7. Milla the Cat

Honestly? I'm not really a cat person. But this little cutie with her smushy ears and beautiful eyes never fails to make me smile. Check her out!

8. Bodega Cats of Instagram

This account doesn't follow one particular kitty, but instead documents the sheer beauty and grace that is the bodega cat. If you live somewhere with bodegas and are familiar with bodega cats, you'll appreciate this. If you don't live around bodegas and think I'm insane for promoting cats living in bodegas, I strongly recommend moving to where bodegas (and cats) are. Or just follow this account.

9. Nat Geo Wild

You won't find one specific animal here, and you won't find animals you'd like to have as pets. This account features images of, you guessed it, WILD animals rocking out in their natural habitats. It's AWESOME. Follow, follow, follow.

10. Goats of Anarchy

This is my personal favorite. Again, this account doesn't document one particular goat - instead, it documents the life of modern-day Wonder Woman, Leanne Lauricella, as she devotes her time to running a baby goat rescue, specifically for goats with special needs. Goats are arguably the greatest animals, ever, and Leanne is doing something awesome for the ones nobody wanted. The least you can do is follow her account and marvel at the rambunctiousness of a house full of baby goats (!!!). If you're feeling particularly generous, order a copy of Leanne's book, which features her story as well as pictures of goats (!!!).

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
