10 Hot Male Olympic Athletes From All Over the World

Because in addition to being the most talented athletes in their sport, they are also pretty fun to look at.

The Winter Olympics. Once every four years, we all sit down and become professional skiing, snowboarding, and figure skating critics and announcers, even though most of us can’t ski or skate for our lives. Watching the Olympics is a great time for many reasons: the competition, pride in your country, suspense, record-breaking athleticism, etc. There are a million different ways the Olympics keep us entertained-- but, let’s be real for a quick second. The reason I watch the Olympics has less to do with the sick skiing flips and triple-axels and more to do with goggling and drooling over some of the most attractive, athletic men I have ever seen. Here are some of the most noteworthily beautiful Olympic male athletes from all over the globe (in no particular order).

1. Mark McMorris, Canada, Snowboarding

What's more impressive than his snowboarding is his smoldering eyes and boyish charm. He's the type of guy you date in high school who is, like, kind of cute, but then you see him two years later and he really glowed up. Like, really, really, glowed up. And he can do flips on a snowboard in the freezing cold, land that flip, and walk away without a scratch.

2. Hayden Smith, Australia, Bobsleigh

Now, I know absolutely nothing about bobsleighing, if that is even how you say it. But I do know what my heart feels like when I see an athletic man with some nice stubble and an Aussie accent. I'd let him push me down a hill on a bobsleigh any day.

3. Joel Fearon, Great Britain, Bobsleigh

Every single time I see this beautiful man he is grinning ear to ear with the brightest teeth I've ever seen. Plus, he's British, so... amazing. I mean, he's also happily married, but a girl can dream.

4. Sven Thorgren, Sweden, Slopestyle

23 years old, Sven is only 5'8", which usually is a deal breaker for me, but have you seen his face? I mean that jawline, those eyes. I know... I hate myself, too.

5. Andrew Poje, Canada, Ice-Dancing

Who knew ice dancing was so fun to watch? I mean, besides the fact that I fall whenever I ice skate, and these athletes can dance on it is reason enough to watch, but Andrew gives me a whole other reason. Plus, he does charity work and has a great smile to match. And the hair. And the arms. Okay, I'm done.

6. Henrik Kristoffersen, Norway, Alpine Skiing

The definition of sun-kissed. Where do I sign up to be that football?

7. Gus Kenworthy, USA, Freestyle Skiing

I'm not okay. Are you okay? No one is okay. This picture should be illegal.

8. Yuzuru Hanyu, Japan, Figure Skating

He's elegant, graceful, and can practically melt you with his eyes. I would love to dance with him listening to some Ed Sheeran. The only problem is he might have better hair than me. Not sure if my ego can take a hit like that.

9. Alex Pietrangelo, Canada, Ice Hockey

Okay, so, I've always had a thing for hockey players in general, but, I mean... Alex, my friend, why are you trying to kill me simply by breathing. He is also married to a stunning blonde. RIP me.

10. Javier Fernandez, Spain, Figure Skating

Maybe its the fact that I love the name Javier, maybe its the fact that he is straight up gorgeous. I suddenly think I'm going to buy myself figure skating lessons.

I'm feeling like I need a cold shower after compiling this list. Each one of these gorgeous men makes watching the Olympics at least 10x better. So, good luck, boys! Whether you are lutz jumping in figure skating, alley-ooping in freestyle skiing, or piloting in bobsleigh, just know I am thoroughly enjoying watching each and every second.

girl with a hat

This is for the girls who have dealt with an emotionally, mentally, physically or verbally abusive father.

The ones who have grown up with a false lens of what love is and how relationships should be. The ones who have cried themselves to sleep wondering why he hurts you and your family so much. This is for all the girls who fall in love with broken boys that carry baggage bigger than their own, thinking it's their job to heal them because you watched your mother do the same.

Blair Waldorf Quote
"DESTINY IS FOR LOSERS. IT'S JUST A STUPID EXCUSE TO WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HAPPEN." - BLAIR WALDORF.

The world stopped in 2012 when our beloved show "Gossip Girl" ended. For six straight years, we would all tune in every Monday at 9:00 p.m. to see Upper Eastside royalty in the form of a Burberry headband clad Blair Waldorf. Blair was the big sister that we all loved to hate. How could we ever forget the epic showdowns between her and her frenemy Serena Van Der Woodsen? Or the time she banished Georgina Sparks to a Christian summer camp? How about that time when she and her girls took down Bart Bass? Blair is life. She's taught us how to dress, how to be ambitious, and most importantly, how to throw the perfect shade.

too tired to care

We've all been there. From move-in day to the first finals week in college, your first term is an adventure from start to finish. In honor of college decisions coming out recently, I want to recap some of the most common experiences college freshmen experience.

1. The awkward hellos on move-in day.

You're moving your stuff onto your floor, and you will encounter people you don't know yet in the hallway. They live on your floor, so you'll awkwardly smile and maybe introduce yourself. As you walk away, you will wonder if they will ever speak to you again, but don't worry, there's a good chance that you will make some great friends on your floor!
