Dear me (you), ya know,

I'm sure you're just hanging out in 2021 living a life that you love... I hope.

I say, "I hope," because right now, things are pretty uncertain. Not much about life has any sort of answer or plan, but I'm holding onto the faith that it'll all be fine. I have faith that you're there in the future working, living, and still dreaming

I hope:

1. You really are happy wherever life has brought you to at this point.

2. You can look back at the point in life that I'm in now and laugh.

3. Things have gone smoothly the past 5 years- at least for the most part.

4. You've continued to grow stronger in your faith and closer to God in the past 5 years.

5. You haven't lost your sense of adventure and keep exploring life.

6. You go to work with a positive attitude every single day.

7. You come home and can leave work behind.

8. You look back on your time in school and all the long hours you put in for school and clubs and know that it was worth it.

9. You have big plans for the next 5 years and beyond!

10. That in everything, remember who you are. Never forget where you came from, and, as Daddy says, "act like somebody!"

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
