Stocksnap

Coming home for the summer is a great feeling. From seeing your friends to eating a home cooked meal, there are so many things that happen including these ten:

  1. Walking into your room and seeing all of your packed things and wondering how everything fit in here in the first place.

2. Hitting every food place that is considered special in your hometown.

3. Sleeping in your own bed feels like heaven.

4. Checking your email and realizing you have no work to do.

5. Returning to your summer job and seeing all of the new workers there and knowing you have been gone too long.

6. Walking into your house and seeing your dog everyday.

7. Eating home cooked meals after either eating cafe food or cooking for yourself for the past four months.

8. Reuniting with all of your high school friends.

9. Waking up whenever the hell you want.

10. GOING TO THE BEACH!

Enjoy your summer!

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated.
