I am an avid car singer, and it's gotten to the point that I will belt out any song, no matter who is watching. The following is a list of songs that I find are the best to sing in the car, even if people are judging you in the process.
1. "Mr. Brightside"
I honestly don't even really know what this song means. I just know that it's fun to sing along to, and a jam session to this song gets pretty intense.
2. "No Air"
This song is the perfect duet to belt out to in the car. Or, if you have no one to sing with you, you can just sing both parts yourself (in different voices, of course). No judgement here.
3. "Love on Top"
This song by Beyonce might be one that you need to sing when you are by yourself in the car. I always tell myself that one day I will be able to belt as high as Beyonce can, but I am constantly disappointed in my vocal skills.
4. "Defying Gravity"
Speaking of belting skills, this is another great song, but also a really hard song to actually sound good while singing it. Nevertheless, I will sing it anyway (probably on repeat).
5. "Bohemian Rhapsody"
Whether you are by yourself singing every part or with a group of your friends, this song is a classic car jam.
6. The whole "Speak Now" CD
I tried to pick the best Taylor Swift song to sing to in the car, but honestly, the whole Speak Now CD just takes the cake. Whether it is a slower song like Last Kiss, or an upbeat one like Mine, this album is great for a road trip.
7. "500 Miles (I'm Gonna Be)"
This song instantly makes me happy, and is great for any car ride. Whether you are driving to the Grand Canyon or just to the grocery store down the street, listen to this song. It'll make you so much happier.
8. "Since U Been Gone"
Kelly Clarkson has a lot of great songs to sing in the car, but this one has to be my all time favorite. It's dramatic, angsty, and just an all around great song.
9. "Gives You Hell"
This song is perfect if you are in a bad mood and need to let your frustration out. Plus, it's really catchy.
10. "Don't Stop Believing"
This song continues to be a classic, and I am pretty sure it will stay that way forever. Don't Stop Believing will never get old in my book, and I will continue to sing it at the top of my lungs while driving around aimlessly.
