How I Met Your Mother

A show about a group of friends (Ted, Robin, Barney, Lily, and Marshall) and their lives together. Don’t be fooled, the show seems to be centered around the idea of the “Mother” and who she is, but the show is supposed to be based on how Ted meets her. Keep that in mind as you watch all 9 seasons of this hilarious show.

Law and Order: SVU

This has been running for so long, unfortunately, Netflix does not have every season. They start with season 13 and end with 17. If you are like me and start this show from where Netflix picks up, you miss out on seeing Elliot (a character many people enjoy). I advise you watch seasons 1-12 first, but you can pick up on season 13 and have a total understanding of how this elite squad solves heinous crimes in NYC.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

A show about Kimmy Schmidt, a “mole woman” who was kidnapped as a kid and held hostage in an underground bunker and is now trying to make it out there in the big city. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt currently has 2 seasons on Netflix and is a hilarious, must-watch, show.

New Girl

New Girl is a show about a girl named Jess who moves in with her new roommates, Nick, Schmidt, and Winston. The show follows Jess’ life with these 3 roommates and her friend Cece as well. Netflix has 5 seasons of this funny, spunky show.

Hawaii Five-0

An action packed show that follows the Five-0 task force in Hawaii. The 6 seasons available on Netflix are the new rendition of the classic Hawaii Five-0 from 1968. But don’t worry, Steve, Danny, Kono, and Chin are back and better than ever.

That 70’s Show

This comedic show has 8 seasons of laughs caused by 6 teenage stoners from the 70’s, Eric, Donna, Kelso, Jackie, Hyde, and Fez. The show follows their friendship and all the crazy things they do together.

Young and Hungry

A show about a young food blogger, Gabi, who aspires to be a chef and lands a job as a personal chef for a man named Josh. The show follows her life as a chef and the adventures she has with the other house workers, Elliot and Yolanda, as well as her friend Sofia.

Melissa and Joey

The story of a single aunt, Melissa, who takes in her niece, Lennox, and nephew, Ryder, after their parents get into some trouble. She hires a male nanny, Joe, to come and help her out and the rest is a 4 season story filled with laughs, tears, and heartfelt moments.

FRIENDS

The classic story of 6 friends, Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Phoebe. The show follows their lives and adventures together. This show is (and I may be biased) one of the best shows on Netflix. Running 10 seasons long, this show is also full of love, laughs, heartbreak, happiness, and so much more. This show is definitely a must-watch as well.

The Fosters

A show filled with amazing family moments and drama. The show follows Callie, her brother, and their foster family as they try to get adopted by Steph and Lena, their potential foster mothers (yes, mothers). Another great show, I highly recommend it for those who love family-oriented shows or dramas of any kind.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
