I love summer and I'm sad to see it coming to an end in about a month, but I also love fall. Fall is a beautiful and peaceful season. My birthday is in the fall so that's another reason for me to love the autumnal equinox. It truly is my favorite season.

If it's also your favorite season, here are 10 good things about summer coming to an end:

1. Bye bye, bugs

The best thing about summer coming to an end? The bugs disappear! No more fighting mosquitos and other insects while trying to enjoy the outdoors.

2. HALLOWEEN IS COMING

Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I'm excited that it's getting closer! I love scary movies, dressing up and all of the candy!

3. All the leggings!

One thing I love about the weather cooling down is I get to wear leggings with just about everything: sweater dresses, cardigans, long shirts, knee-high boots. Leggings are one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing and I love wearing them every day.

4. The tourists go home

Another thing I love about summer ending is the tourists go home! From late May through early September, it is impossible to get anywhere on time or get a decent seat at a local restaurant without a swarm of tourists being in the way. After Labor Day, life slows down and it's fantastic.

5. Apple Cider is back!

I love apple cider, especially hot apple cider! Not to mention the apple cider and doughnuts you get when you visit an orchard.

6. The colorful leaves

Fall's beauty is truly breathtaking. There's something calming about standing outside on a crisp fall morning and looking at the colorful leaves on the trees or driving past the trees on the highway.

7. Snuggling weather!

It feels so good to snuggle with your loved one or pet when it's not 95 degrees and humid.

8. PUMPKIN SPICE EVERYTHING

Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin spice cookies, pumpkin spice muffins, pumpkin spice EVERYTHING!

9. You can actually bake again

I love to bake, but it's far too hot to bake in the summer time. Once fall rolls around, I start baking cookies, cakes, pies, etc. After all, it's comfort food season!

10. End of summer clearance sales!

When it's the end of summer, I hit up the clearance sales so I can get what I need for next summer since it will be here again before we know it.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
