“What the heck is Gluten?” you may ask. Gluten is found in wheat, rye, barley, and foods made with these. Common foods are pasta, bread, cookies, cake, cereal, beer, dressings, etc. When a person who is sensitive to gluten ingests it, there are a variety of different symptoms such as stomach and digestive problems, headaches, irritability, fatigue, and many others. These are some of the thoughts from those with Gluten sensitivity!
