Some girls don't want all the pink and the bling. There's nothing wrong with that. What IS wrong is when that's all they get for gifts during the Christmas season. Here's a few ideas for gifts for girls who aren't about that girly life.

1. A Carhartt jacket

I have ALWAYS wanted one of these. They look super comfy and you don't have to worry about if you're dressing up too much for working outside.

2. An eno hammock

Eno is the way to go!! They can be so small that they're able to fit in a purse. So a girl can hammock anywhere.

3. A pair of boots

Oh my gracious look at how beautiful they are! Of course, they don't have to be fancy boots like these. They can be practical work boots, or even hiking boots.

4. A gift card to Boot Barn

I could spend so much money in that place. Oh my goodness. Jeans, boots, clothing, hats, home decor. Boot Barn's got it all.

5. Wool socks

Wool socks are wonderful and don't you ever tell me otherwise. They're the best for when you wear those gorgeous boots or for going out on a hike.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
