Going Back To School As Told By Spongebob

It is almost time to go back to college after a long and restful break. While I am excited, I also feel many other ways about going back to the dorm life. Here are some of them:

1. Waking up for class on Monday mornings.

This is how most students feel when they have to wake up for class on Mondays, especially for 8 AMs.

2. Being able to listen to your favorite songs with your dorm friends again.

Whether you're listening with friends or having a solo jam session, its always fun to listen to either new songs or the oldies.

3. Having to eat the dining hall food again.

That favorite time everyone can relate to, especially at Rider with the greatest dining hall ever, Daly's dining hall.

4. When procrastination kicks in.

This happens a lot, especially for myself in the middle of the semester, when you're halfway there.

5. When trying to figure out what's going on in class.

Especially when it's math class.

6. When all nighters make you create weird snacks.

You realize that you've been studying for 6 hours straight, so you come up with some weird concoction to eat at 2 AM. Or you end up making the fire alarm go off at this time because you didn't know how to properly make popcorn in the microwave.

7. When trying to see if you have any more bronc bucks left.

Those last couple of weeks, when you're constantly spending bronc bucks because the food at the dining hall is especially bad.

8. When you actually do well on the test you didn't study for.

I wouldn't recommend this at all but when it does happen, you're really lucky.

9. When you want to watch the next episode on Netflix but have to finish all your work.

This is especially hard when you have nothing else to do and you want to finish the series all your friends have been telling you to watch.

10. When you finally reunite with your squad.

When everyone is actually available to do something, it's glorious.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
