That everyone is feeling.

10 Emotions Of Fall Break

Even though this upcoming week is Fall Break - It's not really a break. Considering nursing school homework is keeping me and my mind busy all the time, and I work 9 hours a day, and I have to sleep and eat... It is safe to say that this week is not really a break - I just don't have to go to class. Here are 10 emotions that I (and probably a lot of you) are feeling right now as midterms approach, papers are due soon, and projects are in full swing.

1. When people ask me how I am....

2. When people ask me where I am going for break....

3. When I learn there is still homework due over break...

4. All I want to do is take a nap....

5. When I realize I have to work every single day of break...

6. When I get stressed because a million things are happening at once...

7. When you learn that dairy helps lower stress levels...

8. Even though it's break, you still miss your friends...

9. When you think about all your friends, who have to do the same about of homework due, and you are all stressing out, but you want everything to be okay...

10. When you finally get back with your friends and can finally be weird and sentimental again - because you have literally had no sleep.

Sometimes we all just wish we didn't have to be adults anymore. Maybe now we understand how our parents feel.

Here's to a 'break' that all of us can hopefully find some time during to relax and breathe.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

school

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
