We have all had those days where nothing seems to go right. Anything that can possibly go wrong finds a way to do so; you spill your coffee all over your new shirt and then maybe you get caught in traffic on the way to class or work. School is probably way more stressful than it needs to be, as a sophomore in college, I can attest to that. And maybe you and your friends just can't seem to agree on anything. Your day can easily be consumed by little annoyances that pile up into a heaping mountain of shit. It is far too easy to get lost and turned around in this big world. Sometimes when you fall into a funk, it is hard to snap out of it and almost nothing will put a smile on your face. When this happens you need to take a step back, breathe and try some of these ways to brighten your day!
1) Take a yoga class.
2) Play with puppies.
3) Walk in the grass barefoot.
4) Drink a glass of iced green tea.
3) Read a good book.
4) Listen to country music.
5) Take a bubble bath.
6) Eat something chocolatey.
7) Go for a hike.
8) Buy yourself some flowers.
9) Go for a long drive.
10) Smile.
