Although the first day of fall starts in September, October seems to be the prime month to dive into all things fall related. It’s the best month to experience a perfect fall day, splurge on an unhealthy amount of Pumpkin Spice Lattes, adventure through a pumpkin patch and lastly, it’s the month to binge watch Halloween movies, specifically Disney Halloween movies! This year, there seems to be a big trend on wanting to binge-watching Disney Halloween movies. They make us think back to a time where anything was possible; vampires, ghosts, witches, and wizards still seemed like a true concept. Disney movies inspired us to continue using our imagination and a lot of time, they reminded us to stay confident in troublesome times. So here is a list of 10 Disney movies to binge to prepare you for Halloween.

1. Halloweentown

Marnie and her family balance their lives between the real world and a magical town but when an old rival threatens to make their real world full of monsters, Marnie must help save both worlds from being overtaken.

3. Halloweentown High

Marine and her magical friends attend high school in the "mortal" world but there's a catch, if anything dangerous happens due to their presence in a mortal town, Marnie and her friends will lose their powers.

4. Hocus Pocus

Three sister witches resurrect from Salem, Massachusets after 3 centuries. It's up to a group of teens and an immortal cat to put an end to their reign.

5. Twitches

After being separated at birth, these twin witches are forced to find one another on their 21st birthday to help save their home and their birth mother from the "darkness"

6. Twitches Too

After defeating the darkness, the twins go back to living their lives, while learning how to use their magic. They being to think their biological father is still alive and in New York City.

7. Mom’s Got a Date With a Vampire

The Henson kids siblings have plans that get ruined by being grounded, they set their mom up on a blind date with a mysterious man to distract her. Little do they know, they set their mom up with a Vampire.

8. Don’t Look Under the Bed


When a young teen is being framed for deeds she didn't commit, she enlists her imaginary friend to help her free her name.

9. Phantom of the Megaplex

Young teenager Pete Riley works the midnight premiere but he starts to notice strange things start to happen to the movie theater.

10. The Nightmare Before Christmas

When the pumpkin king of Halloween Town, Jack Skellington, becomes bored with the Halloween traditions, he tried to use Christmas traditions to switch it up. Unfortunely, it doesn't go as planned.
