10 Disney GIFs That Describe Sundays

Sundays are arguably the best and the worst day of the week. Sundays are for sleeping in, football games, and Jesus, but they also signify the start of a new week. Yes, that's right, tomorrow is Monday, aka the most dreaded day of the week. These Sunday morning thoughts are undoubtedly the thoughts that the every student has throughout a Sunday.

1. Waking up on a Sunday like..

Forecast today: a high chance of sleeping in and a low chance of productivity.

2. The moment you actually get out of bed...

Is it really Sunday? What did I drink last night? Why does my head hurt?

3. The moment your roommates get home...

Clearly you are too tired to do anything for yourself, let alone function.

4. The moment you realize you have to actually take care of yourself on a Sunday...

But why?

5. Wait a minute, is it Sunday!?

There is so much to do and so little time!

6. Trying to remember what you put off all weekend like...

What homework did I have again? Who was I supposed to meet with today? What is the meaning of my life?

7. The moment you just give up on everything on a Sunday...

I major in procrastination.

8. Deciding to spend the rest of your Sunday in bed like...

Coming to the realization this is the best decision you have made all day.

9. Sitting up in bed, suddenly, when you realize that the weekend is now over and another five days away...

Why do bad things happen to good people?

10. Choosing to forget about all of your responsibilities for the day and forgetting about the fact it is a Sunday...

Maybe, if we just go back to sleep or procrastinate a little bit more than the weekend will just start itself over. Even if Monday does sneak up on us, at least we have an afternoon nap to look forward to!

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

For many undergraduates across the nation, the home stretch has begun. Only one more semester remains in our undergraduate career. Oh, the places we will go! For the majority of college seniors, this is simultaneously the best and worst year out of the past four and here’s why.

1. The classes you are taking are actually difficult.

A schedule full of easy pottery throwing and film courses is merely a myth on the average campus. With all of those prerequisites for the upper-level courses and the never-ending battle you fight each year during registration for limited class seats, senior year brings with it the ability to register for the final courses you need to fulfill your major. Yet, these are not the easy entry level courses. These are the comprehensive, end of major, capstone courses designed to apply the knowledge from all your previous courses, usually in the form of an extensive research paper or engaged learning project. The upside is you actually probably really enjoy these classes but alas there is no room for slackers here.
