In the past few years, Disney has been remaking their animated movies into live-action ones. Cinderella, The Jungle Book, Pete's Dragon, Tarzan, and Beauty and the Beast are just a few that have been created. But when it comes to Disney, there are so many opportunities. Here's a list of some Disney movies that would be amazing live-action remakes:

1. The Sword in the Stone

A young King Arthur being guided by an eccentric Merlin? Yes, please!

2. The Black Cauldron

One of Disney's most underrated movies, in my opinion. This film would be amazing in live-action!

3. Pocahontas

Honestly, who wouldn't want a live-action version of this?

4. The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Not gonna lie, this was pretty dark for a kid's movie. But I'd still watch it again.

5. Mulan

This was one of my all time favorite movies growing up. Think about how great a live-action would be?

6. Atlantis: The Lost Empire

I don't know about you, but I vote Michael J. Fox return to play Milo in the live-action remake of this flick. Who cares if he's 55 years old? Makeup artist can make him look younger again, right?

7. Treasure Planet

I know Treasure Planet is just a futuristic version of Treasure Island, but I still think this movie would be the bomb-diggity in live-action.

8. Robin Hood

Who needs another Robin Hood movie? Me. That's who.

9. The Little Mermaid

Let's make Ariel's dreams come true by bringing her out of the animated world and into the real one. After all, she wants to be where the people are. Where are the people? At the theater of course!

10. Sleeping Beauty

I think it's time we take this beauty out of hibernation and revamp it. Is that a teaser trailer I hear in the distance?

We all love Disney movies. I, for one, am extremely excited for all the new live-action classics. Have any other ideas for Disney movies that should be turned live-action? Comment below with your ideas!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
