It's no secret that dogs are adorable. They bark, sniff, slobber and chase their tails into our hearts. But there are a few that rise above the rest in their lovableness. Here are the ten cutest dog breeds.

1. Dachshund

The Dachshund, otherwise known as a wiener dog, is the cutest dog there is. Its long body and little legs, paired with the long snout makes it both comical and adorable. I may be a little biased, since this is what type of dog I have.

2. Golden Retriever

Golden Retrievers are one of Americas most loved dogs, the American Kennel Club lists it as the third most popular dog breed, making it a classic. Not only are the puppies to die for, the Golden Retrievers as adults are lovable too.

3. Beagles

As Elvis once said "ain't nothin' but a hound dog" hold true for the Beagle. Beagles are a long time favorite of many households as they are small but energetic, and great cuddle partners. Nothing beats having a beagle fall asleep curled up on you.

4. Siberian Husky

The Siberian Husky is a hauntingly beautiful dog. With its piercing blue eyes contrasting with its stark black and white fur, no dog is quite like it. The Siberian Husky is energetic and playful, making it the perfect outdoor companion.

5. Pugs

Pugs are one of the goofiest dogs out there. Just like all the others, they are ADORABLE. These tiny dogs are perfect for snuggling while it's raining and for cheering you up. They also never fail to make the funniest faces.

6. Puli

This unusual looking dog is quite a treat to look at. It's long hair looks almost like dreads and it is sure to put a smile on the face of anyone who sees it. The Puli is a bigger dog, but makes a perfect pillow to watch Netflix with.

7. Corgi

Corgis, much like dachshunds, have a long body and comically short legs. But Corgis have a shorter nose and upright ears. Corgis' large butts never fail to be adorable. Fun Fact: Most Corgis' back legs and butts float in water because they are so buoyant.

8. Poodles

Poodles are a naturally beautiful dog, being all white and looking just like they're a stuffed animal. Poodles are perfect if you love strutting around the city with a companion.

9. Bearded Collie

The Bearded Collie is the perfect companion for anyone who loves dogs!! They are extremely loyal and are great for snuggling up to you! Also great for anyone who just wants to braid hair!

10. Pomeranian

This cute little puppy is more than just a purse dog! Pomeranians always have a smile and are the perfect dog for someone who wants something smaller.

Even if your dog breed isn't on the list, it's still cute! Let me know in the comments which dog is your favorite!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
