It can be hard to find the time to sit down and read a book when you have work and have a million other things to do. But sitting down with a cup of coffee and a good book can be a great way to de-stress and get lost in another world for a while. Certain books have helped me during times where I've felt lost, or struggled with depression. I've complied a list of books that have helped me gain a sense of clarity, and left me with profound messages.
