Each nap is unique in its own way. If you're a napspert (nap expert) like me, you know that there are so many different scenarios where naps are good or bad.

Without further ado, the 10 best naps that get you through life.

1. The Nap You Take After You Have Been Awake For 30 Minutes And Decide Nah Not Yet

Sometimes you wake up but you are not ready for the day. Let me get a quick 30-minute nap real quick.

2. The Nap You Take When You Get Home From Work Or Class And You Wake Up 4 Hours Later And Its 10 p.m.

The best naps. Sitting in class or work and knowing a nap is waiting for you at home is what gets you through the day. Sleepytime, here she comes.

3. Naps When Its Cold And Raining

Give me a few blankets and some pillows and I will see you in a few hours.

4. The Nap That Is Unexpected And You Wake Up To Your Friends Calling Because You Are Supposed To Be Going Out At 8 But It Is 9:30

Oops. One of my most frequent naps. Sorry friends give me a few minutes. I'll meet you at the bar.
