Traveling is one of the greatest passions of my life. Anyone that's met me, knows that I’m a huge travel enthusiast. I have always enjoyed visiting unique and new places and soak up all the vibrant, diverse cultures and people around me.

I believe that traveling can make a person very well rounded and adaptive to any given environment, condition, or circumstance. I know that the world is immensely huge and that traveling all of it is not possible in a single lifetime, so therefore, here are my top picks of some tropical scenic destinations that I hope to visit in the future.

1. Santorini, Greece


The gorgeous breath-taking view from the infinity pools of this romantic spot is to die for. When you open your windows, you see a soothing array of turquoise blue and white rooftops, balanced perfectly on the hilly coast of the island. Doesn’t get much better than the beautiful ocean view as well!!

2. Bora Bora, French Polynesia

Located in the large Pacific Ocean, Bora Bora is part of a group of the Society Islands of French Polynesia. The island offers exquisite food, stay, and not to mention the spectacular view of miles and miles of ocean. You also get the experience to swim with the diverse wildlife. It offers a romantic getaway for couples or also a family fun beach vacation!!

3. Bali, Indonesia

Every day, there are thousands and thousands of people Bali is the island in the Indonesian archipelago that’s home to an ancient culture which is known for its welcoming hospitality. The island encompasses a variety of tourist activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving and multiple resorts. You can also tour the olden temples and palaces during the day and stroll the never-ending night markets for all your shopping needs!

4. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Rio is considered the 2nd most populated metropolitan area in Brazil, and why not…It’s the home of Christ the Redeemer! People come from around the world to see the 98 feet tall statue. Along with the exotic locations and foods, Rio has tons of awe inspiring beaches where you can relax or do daring activities such as paragliding or skydiving.

5. Barcelona, Spain

This densely populated hot spot is a common tourist destination because the city aims to please the cultural lovers and art geeks as well as the party lovers and adventurers. Barcelona is steeped in historic landmarks such as the world-renowned Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila. For entertainment and fun, you can step out with your friends and hit the bars and clubs at the Gothic Quarter that is filled with awesome nightlife!

6. Maui, Hawaii

This Hawaiian island is a treat for nature lovers. There is an abundance of bamboo forests and breathtaking waterfalls in the Haleakala National Park. The tropical locale is filled with golden, sandy beaches and fun vacation activities such as scuba diving, helicopter rides of volcanos, horseback riding and whale watching!!

7. Aruba, Caribbean Sea

This magnificent island is all about white sandy beaches and listening to the soothing, crashing waves of blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. The most entertaining experience that any vacationer can have on this island is the month-long celebration with festive parties and colorful, grandiose parades. The music makes you want to get up and dance and the food is so memorable and delicious!

8. British Virgin Islands

These collection of 60 islands packs all the tropical adventure for the whole family in one convenient location. Located in the Caribbean, the islands are popular for their marinas, rain forests, and underwater caves. The islands offer numerous mesmerizing sailing, yachting and ocean activity experiences.

9. Cyprus, Mediterranean Sea

An island set in the lush Mediterranean, Cyprus and its popularly known as the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty. Relating to this birthplace, visitors can find many ruins of palaces, tombs and villas from the medieval and farther on time periods. Also, the republic is filled with wine regions and rugged terrains that offer biking and hiking experiences to its tourists. The white beaches and sea-side activities such bungee jumping and sky diving are also another plus point for visiting this paradise.

10. Phuket, Thailand

The islands of Phuket are known as one of the world’s finest beach destinations. They have an abundance of silky, soft white sands with huge palm trees, enthralling seas and lively cities and towns hubs. There’s also a lot of fine dining and wine options for food enthusiasts from around the world. You can explore temples, domes, monuments and beaches during the day and party on with your friends at the buzzing clubs and bars!

From traveling to these exotic places all across the globe, I want to explore and see the beauty that nature has to offer us. Taking family vacations or friends trips can become memories that you continue to cherish and reiterate to your kids in the future.
