Leather jackets, hot rods, flying cars, greasy hair, creepy old men, teen pregnancy -- the classic movie musical "Grease" is filled with everything you could ever want. And that romantic story, of a girl completely abandoning her morals and convictions to earn the love of an underachieving scumbag, is really something to admire. Amid the nauseatingly catchy song and dance routines that are both spontaneous and completely synchronized, the T-Birds and Pink Ladies have several life lessons to offer:

1. Smoking is cool.

2. Drop out of school ... you'll be fine.

3. Coordinate outfits with your friends so everyone knows you're an exclusive clique.

4. There's nothing manlier than synchronized dancing.

5. Make fun of people behind their back.

6. Drag racing is the best way to solve all your problems.

7. Never get over your ex.

8. Never let your friends know you care about them.

9. Bully the nerdy kid.

10. Don't be yourself if you want people to like you.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
