You may ask for an interpreter at any point if you need one. Puede pedir un interprete si necesita uno.

The following are your rights inside your home:

Do not open your door. No abres la puerta.

ICE cannot enter your home if they do not have a warrant signed by a judge. Without a warrant, they can only come in if you let them. If they say they have one, have them slip it under the door or show it on the window. If the agents force their way in do not resist, remain silent.

You have the right to remain silent. Guarda silencio.

You MAY refuse to speak to ICE officials. You do NOT have to say anything to them if you choose not to. Have a family member contact your immigration lawyer as soon as possible.
