Her products are incredible. I use all of them, from the foam roller, to a heart rate monitor watch, and a customized water bottle its become a part of my everyday life. Along with this she has a blog where she has weekly posts on issues we all deal with our health, from how to stop eating when your bored to healthy recipes.

Her incredible blog is insightful and a must read for absolutely anyone who wants to see the bigger picture out of little struggles that we all have in life.
