After planning a trip to college-hop and see some friends, I was informed that one of my interviews was scheduled for the Monday of fall break. Well, bye friends. Good thing I never booked Vegas. Here's a little timeline of break thus far.

Friday, 3:30 p.m. Done with class. Walk into house- "ROOMMATES I'LL MISS YOU." Oh, all of you already left. Must be nice to not have late classes on Friday. Guess I can take my pants off. Forget it, I'm just going to walk around naked.

4:30 p.m. Breakfast club tomorrow could be fun? Or I could just go to the bars now. Wait. I can't go to the bars alone.  Maybe I can text my one other friend that's here. Jk. Let's be honest, breakfast club is going to suck.

5:05 p.m. Hmm, YouTube Yoga sounds nice #getfit #getflexy.

5:25 p.m. That was great! Let's do another one. And 3 loads of laundry. And some dishes. And clean my room. And maybe my car, too. 

11:30 p.m. Definitely going to bed early. Alarm for 9:30 a.m.? Sounds great.

Saturday 9:30 a.m.  Hah. No.

11:30 a.m. I should probably get up, now.

Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Update my resume. Buy groceries. Drive to Staples to get my resume printed because I don't own a printer. Build a terrarium? Sure, why not? Vacuuming sounds nice. Ya know what? I'm going to clean the vacuum, too. And the bathroom. This is just so great. Realize there's a random comma in my resume. Decide to deal with with later and meet friends at Harry's.

7:30 p.m. Walk to Harry's. Contemplate whether a zombie apocalypse like the one in Zombieland has occurred, or if West Lala is really just this empty. Harry's is surprisingly crowded, although the median age is somewhere around 53. Boiler Up, old dudes, Boiler Up.

10:30 p.m. Okay, this sucks. Going home.

Sunday, noon-5 p.m. How did I sleep in this late? Whatever. Guess I have to drive back to Staples. Why am I such a peasant? I need to pack for my interview. What are hard-soled shoes? Now, I have to drive back into Lafayette? Sick joke. Luckily, finding parking is the easiest thing ever. All my clothes are hideous. Let me pack my binder because you never know if you might decide to write a lab report. On second thought, maybe I should just leave that behind.

7 p.m. Leave for interview. I can't imagine what I would be doing for the next two days -- Monday and Tuesday -- if I was still staying at Purdue. I think I'd probably charge my roommates for the extreme maid service that would likely have occurred. To all of you who survived the ghost town that was West Lafayette, I respect your tenacity. To everyone who went home, glad you got to hang out with your true best friend, aka your dog. I miss mine even more, now. Thanks. To everyone in Vegas, I deleted you off Snapchat.
