13 "Parks And Recreation" Characters Ranked

The show "Parks and Recreation" is a true treasure. Every character makes you fall in love with them with each episode. Since I just finished watching all of the seasons for a second time, I figured I would rank my favorites!

1. Li'l Sebastian

Li'l Sebastian is a town hero, and rightly so. His cute, miniature stature made it particularly difficult for me when I found out he had passed away. Li'l Sebastian, you're 5,000 candles in the wind. RIP.

2. Leslie Knope

Leslie has got to be the most driven and motivated person on this planet. What I would do for some of her energy during finals week! She is the best gift giver, speech maker, friend, colleague, and person.

3. Tom Haverford

If there is one person I relate most to on this show, it is Tom Haverford. Tom is great because he never gives up on his dreams: Entertainment 720 and Tom's Bistro. He also uses the word "swag" about five times an episode but can somehow pull it off.

4. Ron Swanson

Ron's tough demeanor on the outside might fool strangers, but his friends know that inside his sawdust-covered body is a sweet, lovable man who caves easily to women named Tammy.

5. Andy Dwyer

Maybe it is because he is played by Chris Pratt, but Andy is awesome. He is like a child in a man's body. And even though he and April Ludgate are complete opposites, they are the perfect couple. Long live Mouse Rat!

6. Jean-Ralphio

Jean-Ralphio is super annoying, but I am always highly entertained when he speaks. He makes me want to sing everything, especially "the wooooorst." I can just hear him say it in my head.

7. Ben Wyatt

There is no denying that Ben is very cute, nerdy, and every girl's dream. Leslie and Ben's relationship is #goals. Ben's love of calzones and claymation is just adorable. I like you, and I love you, Ben.

8. Craig Middlebrooks

Although Craig doesn't appear that much, I still love him. He is annoying but so passionate about everything. I like to imagine that if Leslie and Jean-Ralphio had a child, it would be Craig.

9. Donna Meagle

Donna is the definition of sass. No one loves their Benz more than this woman. Donna and Tom also created "Treat Yo Self," which has turned me into a shopaholic, but thank you.

10. April Ludgate

April is evil on the outside, but inside she loves dogs. So, I love her. You can always trust her to say something creepy and gross. She is amazing.

11. Jerry/Garry/Larry/Terry Gergich

Jerry/Garry/Terry/Larry is fascinating to watch. Not because he always messes something up, and he is the butt of every joke, but because his wife is so out of his league. I know they mention it a lot in the show, but some nights it will just keep me up thinking about it.

12. Chris Traeger

Every time I take a vitamin I think of Chris Traeger. He is so healthy and enthusiastic about everything it actually makes me tired to watch him.

13. Ann Perkins

I know Leslie would kill me for saying this, but Ann is my least favorite character in the show. I just feel like she never really brought anything to it, and when she moved to Michigan, I was kinda glad.

Every single character of "Parks and Recreation" rocks in their own way. I want to erase my memory and watch all the episodes all over again because this show is amazing.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
