Let yourself unwind. Recognize that while this day may be terrible, but there are better ones to come. Here are some quotes to help you through.

"You are enough. You are so enough, it is unbelievable how enough you are." --Sierra Boggess

“Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow.” --Helen Keller
“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so let us all be thankful.” --Buddha
“Each problem has hidden in it an opportunity so powerful that it literally dwarfs the problem. The greatest success stories were created by people who recognized a problem and turned it into an opportunity.” --Joseph Sugarman
"If you can see a positive side to everything, you’ll be able to live a much richer life than others." --Celestine Chua
"Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living, and your belief will help create the fact" --William James
